As a part of the employment process, all applicants approved for hire by Texas Star are required to attend a drivers training/orientation in Rockwall, TX.  Employment begins after satisfactory completion of training.  All employees are on a 90 day evaluation period to determine performance and working proficiency.

Driver Referral Bonus

Any Texas Star driver who refers a qualified candidate who is hired to drive for Texas Star Express will receive $500 referral bonus upon the new driver completing orientation and taking a dispatch AND an additional one cent per mile for the duration of the new drivers' length of employment not to exceed one year. A great way to add one, two, five, ten cents or more to your bottom line!
